Condominium of 28 chalets on the bank of lake in a walking distance from the large spa resort. Each chalet benefits from its own mooring and magnificent views from fully glazed living room. Sustainability is applied through the use of timber as main building material and borehole heating. Once completed it will become the first CO2 neutral development.

Chalets are constructed off-site thus minimizing the construction time, cost and need for skilled labour. The main building material is responsibly sourced timber.
