The scheme features combination of diverse functions within tight site and establishes new urban edge to proposed residential area in close proximity to the centre of Regensburg. Mixed use scheme comprises of a 3000 m2 polyclinic, pharmacy, 4 star hotel of 120 rooms, conference and banqueting facilities and an office building combined with a medium sized production hall. All buildings have been carefully considered to form a new and appropriate urban grain of the new developed area.
