Masterplan for a new business park situated in east part of Slovakia. The scheme features a major new linear urban park forming a central spine of the business park. The plan intends to develop the vision of a landscaped park which will provide an integrated mix of ancillary facilities for employees. Part of this development is a private airport with an iconic terminal hall as a welcoming gateway for international clients.

The strategy of the master is the flexibility and possible future expansion of each plot.
