The proposal is to build an exclusive 150-key hotel and offices on land within the site of the existing Health & Members Club in Rochford. The total development is expected to cost £16million to £18million and create around 220 jobs. It would include a lake, landscaped areas and parking. The four-story office buildings would provide 20,000 sq.ft. of space and feature courtyards for staff to use.
